Make Your Coffee Go Super Saiyan

Looking to up your coffee game? Are you looking for additives to your coffee that provide health benefits? As well as taste good?

Well, I have compiled a list that either meets one or both of these criteria. This will definitely get you looking forward to enjoying your coffee even more than usual.

Some of these additives will surely delight you with their taste and some of them will provide supplemental nutrition. Some provide both.

Collagen = Joints

This one doesn’t really have a taste to it, but don’t let that scare you, as this provides nutrition we no longer consume in our general diet anymore.

Is This Missing From Your Diet?

I believe this important nutrient is missing from a lot of people’s diets. As this is not consumed when eating just meat, it’s not in the muscle or fat of an animal but locked in the joints and support tissues, which we rarely eat.

This is fantastic for athletes who are pushing themselves physically daily, as well as anybody trying to preserve their joints for later in life.

Believe it or not, this is a major problem for people when they get older…joint problems. Knees and hips being the big two. I believe taking collagen helps with joint problems, as always the early the better but older people have found relief from pain and improved joint mobility from taking it as well.

MCT Oil

MCT Oil is brain food, MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides. This is made from coconut oil. I wrote an article on MCT Oil Benefits & Side Effects, check it out for more info.

This is tasteless as well as odorless fatty acid. The medium-chain is easily absorbed while the long-chain takes longer and not as easily absorbed.

What is so great about MCT Oil well try for weight loss, decreases body fat, increased metabolism, appetite suppression, quickly converted to energy for both the body and mind, and as well as increased athletic endurance.
